STUFFED PEPPERS with BOLOGNESE + ORZO + PARMIGIANO + BASIL
Stuffed Peppers are my favourtie. Such a beautiful Italian dish, looks amazing when you present it to you guests.
1) pop out the center of the sweet pepper and stem
2) fill it!: layer it with your homemade beef sauce, orzo and mozzarella+parm
3) when the pepper is full, top it off with more cheese and bread crumbs if you’d like for some texture.
4) Bake in the oven for 1 hour @ 400F
